Sponsorship Delivery Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organised, relationship-focused Sponsorship Delivery Specialist to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience for our commercial partners across Australia’s leading property industry events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple stakeholders, delivering on commitments, and ensuring every sponsor receives outstanding service from contract through to post-event reporting. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of conferences, networking events and industry experiences across Australia. 

About the Role 

As our Sponsorship Delivery Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering all sponsor activations and benefits, while working closely with our Sales, Events and Marketing teams to ensure every partnership is executed to the highest standard. You’ll become the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the delivery process, ensuring deadlines are met, assets are collected, event requirements are coordinated and every partner has a seamless experience. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sponsorship Delivery 

• Manage sponsor relationships from handover through to post-event reporting.
• Coordinate all sponsorship deliverables in line with contracted benefits.
• Collect and manage sponsor assets, including logos, bios, presentations, videos and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate exhibitor requirements and onsite activations.
• Manage sponsor communications and key deadlines.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure sponsor branding is delivered accurately across event collateral, websites, signage and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare sponsor briefing packs and pre-event communications.
• Coordinate sponsor registrations, ticket allocations and seating requirements.
• Deliver post-event reports, photos, recordings and ROI information.

Event Delivery 

• Support the planning and delivery of conferences, summits, awards and networking events.
• Coordinate speakers, registrations and attendee communications.
• Assist with event logistics, run sheets and event platforms.
• Provide onsite support to ensure sponsors, speakers and attendees have an exceptional event experience.
• Assist with event pack-up and post-event reporting.

Project Coordination 

• Manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
• Track sponsorship deliverables and project milestones.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Events to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to continually improve sponsor experience and internal processes.

About You 

• 2+ years’ experience in events, partnerships, sponsorship or project coordination.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
