Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an experienced, driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performing New Car Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished automotive sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a successful career with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Base Salary + Super + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle

The Role:

• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
• Managing the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities
• Maintaining a high level of Mercedes-Benz product knowledge
• Delivering a premium customer experience at every interaction
• Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objective

About You:

• A minimum of two years’ automotive sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A professional, confident and customer-focused approach
• The motivation and resilience to succeed in a high-performance sales environment
• The ability to manage leads effectively and follow through on opportunities
• The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• A current and valid Queensland driver licence
