The Role: 

This is a hands-on position supporting a broad portfolio of clients across accounting, taxation and business services. 

• Supporting Partners and team members with client work and assignments  

• Managing client communications and maintaining strong relationships  

• Coordinating collection of client information and documentation  

• Processing client data and ensuring accuracy across systems  

• Preparing BAS, IAS, PAYG, income tax returns and financial statements  

• Lodging returns and managing ATO portal requirements  

• Assisting with preparation of financial reports and client packages  

• Liaising with banks and third parties as required  

• General administrative and coordination support  

About You: 

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow  

• Strong communication skills and professional presentation  

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines  

• High attention to detail and accuracy  

• Team player with the ability to work autonomously  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office  

• Experience in a similar accounting or professional services role  

• Exposure to Xero, XPM, ATO Portal or similar systems  

• Interest in ongoing professional development
