Business Development Support - Graduate

Ausbil Investment Management, based in Sydney, is one of Australia’s leading specialist Australian and global investment managers. Established in 1997, we are a strategic partnership between members of the investment/management team of Ausbil and New York Life Investment Management. Our clients include industry superannuation funds, investment platform, advisers and retail investors.

Your New Role:

We are searching for a Business Development Support person to join the Ausbil team. The role will primarily focused on supporting the Business Development Managers through outbound calls to financial planners, pipeline support and high-level support for event follow up.

While limited in scope, the person will also help support financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries.

• Business Development Support – Conducting outbound calls to financial planners and pipeline support, high level support for events. Rebate facilitation and support

• Systems and Reporting – Administration and maintenance of Salesforce. Preparation of monthly reports.

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products.

• Process customer requests: Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.

• Be a team player: Assist other teams with ad hoc tasks, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance.

About You:

You will ideally have either at least 1-2 years of financial services industry experience and/or hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.

• at least 1-2 years of investment funds or super experience (preferred) or relevant degree qualified.
