The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment which reflects the community we serve. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTIQA+, neurodiverse individuals, and people with disabilities to apply!
About us
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
About the Opportunity
The Data Manager will provide expertise in data and clinical quality registries, collaborating with ACI networks, the Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), hospitals, and clinicians to drive clinical quality outcomes. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate clinical data registration, developing and maintaining data registries, user guides, and data dictionaries, and supporting data governance, security, and compliance.
Additionally, the Data Manager will perform data pre-processing, identify anomalies, and support clinical decision making by responding to queries at local and state-wide levels. They will also conduct advanced analyses, generate reports, and offer data expertise to support innovations and research in healthcare.
Located at the ACI offices in St Leonards, the Data Manager will occasionally travel across NSW, including rural and metropolitan areas, for site visits, with occasional overnight stays.
