Philippe is the latest restaurant by renowned French chef Philippe Mouchel. Located at the Paris end of Collins St, we have been open for over 10 years .

If you have at least 1 years experience in a professional upmarket bar/restaurant and have an outgoing personality then you would be perfect for this role.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have/are:

• Sound experience in bar work and/or dispense bar

• Good knowledge of wine & food 

• Good base knowledge of cocktails

• A professional and reliable attitude
