HSEQ Coordinator

SuperCivil is a WA-based civil construction company delivering asphalt, spray seal, kerbing, pavement profiling and civil works across the Perth metro and regional WA. We're looking for a Casual HSEQ Coordinator to support our safety and quality systems on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time position suited to someone who wants meaningful HSEQ work without full-time hours. You'll work closely with our management team to maintain site safety standards, support our ISO-certified management system, and help keep our HSEQ documentation and site inspections on track.

What You'll Be Doing

●        Supporting incident/hazard reporting, investigation, and close-out

●        Assisting with maintenance of our IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) documentation

●        Coordinating toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training records

●        Supporting compliance with WA WHS Act 2020 requirements

●        Liaising with site supervisors and the broader management team on HSEQ matters

What We're Looking For

●        Experience in a HSEQ, WHS, or safety coordination role (civil/construction industry highly regarded)

●        Cert IV in WHS or higher

●        Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

●        Current WA driver's licence and own reliable transport

●        White Card

Hours & Flexibility

This role is genuinely flexible — up to 25 hours per week, with start/finish times able to be arranged around school drop-off and pick-up. We're happy to discuss a schedule that works for you.
