Storage X is a new Melbourne self-storage business on a mission to make storage simple, combining smart service, secure spaces, and a people-first approach. We're expanding across south-east and inner Melbourne, with Storage X Bentleigh as one of several new sites launching as part of that growth.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, commercially sharp Store Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our brand-new Bentleigh facility from the ground up. This is a standalone, customer-facing, sales-driven role, you'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, converting leads into tenants, building occupancy from zero, and setting the tone for what Storage X stands for at this site.

What You'll Do

·       Build and drive occupancy through consultative sales and strong lead conversion

·       Help customers find the right storage solution while promoting other value-added products.

·       Manage daily operations and administration

·       Deliver great customer service in person, by phone, and online

·       Handle enquiries, quotes, bookings, and move-ins/outs

·       Manage leasing, accounts, payments, and insurance administration

·       Supporting marketing activities, following up leads, sending review requests and updating tenant records

·       Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)

·       Forklift licence (Desirable)
