Job Description

The Role :

An exciting opportunity is available for a 12-month Maximum Term, Full Time Data Analyst to join a collaborative team in our head office in Kewdale. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will help deliver timely and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills And Experience

Key responsibilities:

Prepare recurring client reports and dashboards in line with contractual KPIs and reporting deadlines. Use Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to develop data visualisations and performance insights. Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyse data from operational, finance, and business systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate reporting outcomes. Maintain reporting documentation, version control, and compliance with data governance and HSEQ standards.

Role

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1+ years proven experience in a similar role, as well as the following attributes:

Experience in a reporting, administration, or data support role. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with knowledge of Power Query or similar tools. High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely reports. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to manage routine tasks, follow reporting procedures, and learn new systems quickly.
