Finance Assistant - Payroll

The Finance Assistant – Payroll provides essential support to the College’s payroll operations, with a focus on transactional processing, data accuracy and first‑line query resolution. Working under the direction of the Finance Officer – Payroll, the role assists with fortnightly payroll preparation, staff data entry, leave and deduction processing, routine reconciliations, and the generation of standard payroll reports.

• Eligible for a Working with Children (Blue Card).
• Certificate or tertiary study in payroll/finance (or progress toward).
• Experience in education sector payroll (TASS desirable).
