About the OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Port Melbourne and then transitioning to Heatherton in late 2026.
This role is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across our store and corporate network, ensuring our team members receive timely and effective IT assistance. You'll support a broad range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, user access management, hardware deployment, remote support and ERP systems.
