Strategic Comms and Go To Market Manager

Multiple Permanent and Fixed-term opportunities for a Strategic Comms & GTM Manager 

The Opportunity: 

As the Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will be play a critical role in translating customer, commercial and enterprise strategy into integrated GTM plans that drive growth, retention and engagement outcomes.  Working closely with the Senior Strategic Comms & GTM Manager, you will support the embedding of Bupa’s customer value proposition, and the development and execution of growth priorities and enterprise initiatives across Health Insurance and strategic growth programs.  

This role requires a commercially savvy, customer-centric thinker who can manage multiple initiatives, collaborate effectively across teams, and the ability to translate complex priorities into action plans that improve customer outcomes, support compliance obligations and deliver enterprise objectives.  

What You’ll Be Doing

Here's what you can look forward to in this role:

• Translate customer insights, market trends, business priorities and performance data into actionable GTM recommendations and plans. 
• Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans that align with Bupa’s growth, retention, and engagement objectives. 
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.
• Support the optimisation of GTM strategies, using data, insights, and customer feedback to improve performance outcomes. 
• Monitor acquisition, retention, engagement and customer value metrics to identify risks, opportunities and optimisation actions. 
• Support the integration of Bupa’s Health Insurance (HI) Customer Value Proposition (CVP) into GTM plans, ensuring alignment across product and service offerings. Collaborate with frontline teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and messaging needed to successfully communicate Bupa’s value propositions to customers.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies, priorities and trade-offs. 
• Support customer and compliance-related change initiatives with clear communication and engagement plans.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience in GTM strategy, customer growth, product marketing or customer transformation roles within healthcare, insurance or complex organisations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• A customer-centric mindset, with experience in developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimise GTM plans. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution. 
• A passion for continuous learning, with a proactive approach to embedding GTM best practices across the organisation.
