About the role
About the role

The Insights & Project Coordinator supports the GM and wider RDG team to keep client projects organised, visible and moving to schedule. The role combines project coordination, survey scripting, research operations, client liaison and practical support with analysis and reporting. This is a hands-on delivery role working in a hybrid setting (3 days in office). The successful candidate will own coordination and assigned research tasks across multiple projects, anticipate dependencies, communicate progress and raise risks early. They will contribute to insight outputs, while project methodology, strategic direction and final client advice remain with the GM or project lead.
Key responsibilities
Maintain project plans, milestones, actions, dependencies and deliverable schedules.
Coordinate contributors, clients, research suppliers and required inputs against agreed dates.
Track progress and raise delays, risks or scope changes early, with a proposed action.
Maintain project status, working files, decisions, actions and version control.
Coordinate routine client scheduling, data requests, project updates and follow-up.
Prepare agendas and materials; capture decisions and actions; and track them to completion.
Script approved online surveys, including logic, routing, quotas, randomisation and piping.
Test survey links across devices and resolve issues before launch.
Clean, code, validate and tabulate quantitative and qualitative research data.
Build clear tables, charts, slides and written summaries using RDG resources.
About you
Around two years' experience in insights, market research or research operations, including hands-on survey scripting and insight delivery.
Experience programming and quality-checking surveys, including routing, quotas, fieldwork monitoring and data validation.
Exposure to quantitative and qualitative research, including focus-group or interview coordination.
Strong organisation, client communication, Excel and PowerPoint capability across concurrent timelines.
Highly organised and dependable, with a strong bias toward follow-through.
Careful with detail and quality while remaining conscious of the project objective and deadline.
Proactive in anticipating dependencies, asking questions and raising issues early.
Clear, concise and professional in written and verbal communication.
Collaborative and comfortable coordinating clients, colleagues and external suppliers.
