About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated carpenter who takes genuine pride in their work and leads by example. You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing maintenance and renovation projects, setting high standards, mentoring others, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

You’ll be joining a team of 25 skilled trades on the road, backed by a dedicated office support crew of 10. We believe in doing things properly, caring for our clients, investing in our people – and having fun along the way.

• Proven experience in carpentry with a keen eye for detail.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and client care.
