Stone Polisher / Shaper

Four 2 Stone Pty Ltd is a growing stone fabrication company based in Bethania, QLD.

We specialise in premium natural stone and porcelain benchtops, producing high-quality work for residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated people to join our expanding factory team.

We are interested in hearing from:

• Experienced stonemasons

• Experienced stone polishers

• Labourers with stone polishing or fabrication experience

• Apprentices or trainees wanting to learn the trade

• Young, hardworking people looking for a genuine long-term career

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

• Shaping and polishing stone benchtops

• Fabricating natural stone and porcelain

• Edge profiling, mitres and detailed finishing

• Preparing benchtops for installation

• Using stone fabrication tools and equipment

• Reading measurements, plans and job sheets

• Quality checking completed work

• Keeping the factory clean, organised and safe

We would like to hear from you if you have experience in:

• Stone benchtop fabrication

• Hand polishing and shaping

• Natural stone or porcelain

• Edge work, mitres and detailed finishing

• Producing accurate, high-quality workmanship

• Working independently and as part of a team

Your pay will be based on your experience and ability.

No stone experience is required for the right person.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and turns up on time

• Has a strong work ethic

• Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

• Takes pride in their work

• Can listen, follow instructions and learn quickly

• Wants to learn a skilled trade and build a career

• Has a positive attitude and works well with others

Previous factory, construction, labouring or trade experience would be helpful but is not essential.
