Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Receptionist Position Available – No Late Nights or Weekends

About the role:

This role is about much more than answering phones. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering a smooth and positive experience for every patient from their first call to their final follow-up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing bookings, recalls, and patient communication

• Processing payments and private health claims

• Supporting clinicians and the team with admin and coordination

• Keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is confident, caring, and highly organised

• Has strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

• Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure

• Takes pride in helping others and being part of a team

• Is technology proficient and quick to learn new systems

Reception or customer service experience is required. Dental or medical admin experience is preferred, but not essential. We provide full training and support for the right person.
