For over 50 years, Vili’s has been proudly baking Australia’s favourite pies and cakes. We’re a family-owned business with a big heart and our team is at the centre of everything we do.

We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic Production Workers for ongoing casual roles. With over 200 workers structured into 22 specialised teams, and an operational roster over 24 hours.

The Opportunities

Requirements

Depending on the team you’re working in, you’ll develop a niche set of skills and be asked to work hours that suit the production requirements. Here’s a brief overview of the roles and duties we’re seeking:

Night Cook

Follow recipes cooking our pie fillings, ready for our day teams to assemble and bake into pies the next day.

Sunday - Thursday roster 8pm or 9pm start 4am finish.

Pastry Team

Weigh/scale ingredients; laminate/sheet pastry.

Cooling / Esky Role

Handling and storage of baked goods, including restacking pallets, monitoring product temperatures, and providing support to the Tipping Team as required.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and available for full-time hours Physically fit for manual handling and working on your feetComfortable working in a fast-paced food production environmentStrong attention to detail, especially with food quality and safetyPositive team spirit and willingness to learnPrevious experience in bakery, food manufacturing, meat processing, or commercial kitchens is highly regarded, but not essential (we’ll provide training)
