We have an opportunity for Casual Enrolled Nurses working as part of our clinical care team, delivering person-centered care that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
• Observe and document residents’ health, behaviour, and responses to care.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort.
• Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.

Experience and Skills:

• Current Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) registration with AHPRA.
• Experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care environment.
• A passion for aged care and making a difference to the lives of older people.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
