Workshop & Claims Assistant

About the role

This is a hands-on role combining office/claims administration with general workshop assistance at Fairway Crash Repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with insurance claim paperwork and emails

• Following up claims, assessors and suppliers

• Ordering and organising vehicle parts

• Checking parts when they arrive

• Taking vehicle photos and maintaining job files

• Moving vehicles around the workshop and yard

• Organising vehicles and parts for upcoming repairs

• General workshop and administrative assistance

About you

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Good computer and communication skills

• Organised and reliable

• Comfortable moving and working around vehicles

• Automotive or insurance claims experience would be an advantage but is not essential
