Assistant Store Manager – Harbour Town, Gold Coast (Permanent Part-Time)

We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Harbour Town store on the Gold Coast. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right hand, supporting the team, driving sales and helping create a welcoming, inspiring space for every customer who walks through the door. When the Store Manager is away, the store is in your hands.

• Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team

• Creating an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back

• Driving sales and helping the team achieve their KPIs

• Bringing the brand to life through visual merchandising and styling

• Assisting with stock, rosters and day-to-day store operations

• Confidently stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence

• You lead by example and love seeing your team succeed

• You're passionate about customer experience and creating genuine connections

• You have a strong eye for fashion, styling and current trends

• You're results-driven and love working towards (and exceeding) targets

• You bring positive energy and truly embody the Tree of Life spirit

• 1+ years' experience in a retail supervisory or 2IC role (fashion highly regarded)

• A genuine interest in developing your leadership skills

• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak trade periods
