About the Role

We're looking for an Admin Assistant to help keep the day-to-day running of MP smooth and stress-free, you'll be the main point of contact for our team, our students, and their families. This role exists to make every enquiry, booking, and interaction feel warm, prompt, and effortless, protecting MP's reputation for care and turning routine admin into genuine relationship-building.

This is a part-time role: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in person at our studio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing front-of-house duties: greeting students and families, answering calls and messages

• Scheduling and coordinating lessons, timetables, and studio bookings

• Handling day-to-day admin tasks and correspondence

• Supporting the team with general operations using tools like Monday.com and Slack

• Creating content on Canva for our social media pages

• Helping maintain a warm, organised, and welcoming studio environment

Our ideal candidate

The single biggest predictor of success in this role is warmth paired with experience. Someone who genuinely likes people, and has enough real-world reps (customer service, hospitality, education admin, front-of-house, wherever it comes from) to know how to turn that warmth into action autonomously.

About you

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with people, is comfortable owning a problem through to resolution, a strong written and verbal communicator that can flex into MP's tone of voice and works both autonomously and collaboratively.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Great communication skills: friendly, clear, and professional

• Comfortable using digital tools and happy to learn new systems

• A proactive, can-do attitude: you notice what needs doing and get on with it

• Experience in admin, reception, or customer-facing roles (music/education industry experience a bonus but not essential)
