As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) Engineer to join our engineering team and build a rewarding career delivering complex industrial projects.

The Opportunity

Working closely with an experienced Senior Engineer, you'll support the design, implementation and commissioning of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control systems across mining, process and industrial projects.

You'll prepare engineering documentation, 3D models, calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports, while supporting testing, commissioning and field activities. Working within a collaborative project team, you'll help deliver safe, practical and cost-effective solutions that comply with Australian Standards, client requirements and TechnoGen's engineering standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical capability, work across multidisciplinary teams, and develop your consulting and project delivery skills. Based in Perth and offered on a full-time permanent basis, this role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, using innovative engineering tools and building a long-term career in engineering consulting.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years' experience in Electrical & Instrumentation engineering within mining, process, power, utilities or heavy industrial environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation or Software Engineering.

• Experience preparing engineering drawings and technical documentation for industrial projects.

• Exposure to engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SmartPlant, Navisworks or similar.

• Sound understanding of Australian Standards, engineering principles and industrial design practices.

• Exposure to site testing, commissioning or construction support is desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• A genuine interest in learning, innovation and developing a long-term career in engineering consulting.
