The opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're offering Finance Graduates a unique opportunity to learn how a technology company operates from the ground up. Through a structured rotation program, you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including:

·       Data Operations; managing and validating subcontractor data to ensure accuracy and quality

·       Risk & Financial Analysis; assessing subcontractor risk and proposing risk mitigation strategies

·       Subcontractor Outreach; engaging with subcontractors and providing customer-focused support to assist them using our platform

·       Product Development; contributing to product design, business analysis, and solution delivery

·       Commercial & Sales; supporting customer engagement, business development, and growth initiatives

This program is designed to provide broad exposure, practical experience, and a strong foundation for a career in technology, data, and business.

As a full-time Graduate, you will spend approximately six months in each area of the business, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of how Fiable operates. Working in a flexible, remote-first environment, you'll learn directly from experienced team members while contributing to meaningful projects from day one.

We're looking for team players who are eager to learn, willing to roll up their sleeves, and excited by the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. At the end of each rotation, you'll present your key learnings and insights to the senior leadership team, providing valuable opportunities to develop your communication, presentation, and commercial skills throughout the program.

What we need

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related degree

• Ideally 1-2 year’s employed in the financial services industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to be self-motivated in a remote environment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present information clearly and confidently

• Ability to business partner with key stakeholders

• An interest to learn new systems

• Proactive and willingness to learn

• Strong ability to be adaptable in a fast paced, high growth environment
