Accounting/Bookkeeping firm experience is desirable.
Our clients are in small to medium sized businesses.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:• Softwares -Xero, MYOB, Intuit QuickBooks, Reckon, Employment Hero.
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Preparation of EOM reporting - P & L and Balance Sheet
• Experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• Friendly personality, reliable
• Able to multitask as you will be looking after several clients.
• Speed and accuracy
• Good Organisational skills
• Must be prepared to keep up to date with latest legislation and be interested in learning & developing their skills
• Reliable car and driver’s licence & must be willing to travel.
