Join our expanding Sydney North AOD team
• Culturally specific role supporting CALD communities
• NFP Salary Sacrificing and Fitness Passport available
• Specialist role supporting the Chinese community
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly valued
• Full Time until June 2027 with possible extension
• We're seeking an AOD Treatment Worker to deliver specialist support to CALD communities, with a focus on the Chinese community
• Comprehensive and brief assessment, one-to-one treatment, case management and care coordination
• Assertive outreach and culturally appropriate group facilitation, including some evening and weekend hours
• Most group work is CALD specific and community based
• Delivered within our Model of Care
• Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
• Flexible, multi-site work across Sydney North
