Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Purchasing Officer on Fixed Term Basis (Maternity Leave Cover) to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Purchasing Officer, who has knowledge of food & beverage operations (desirable) to join our Purchasing Team. This role will see you assist the Purchasing Manager with the coordination of the Ayers Rock Resort procurement processes.

Key Duties

Reconciling freight chargesAssist with the processing of Department and Outlets invoices and DeviationsManaging the Resort’s stationery room, including monthly stocktakesRaising, reviewing, and executing purchase ordersLiaising with suppliers regarding price increase, UOM Changes, Product availabilities, ETC
