Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup’s digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks.

What You’ll Be Doing   

• Design, implement, and improve modern workplace and AI solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Support collaboration, productivity, information-sharing, and digital employee experience initiatives
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience
• Support governance, security, accessibility, and operational requirements
• Monitor feedback and service performance to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking for

• Proven enterprise engineering experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure integrations or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
• Confidence working with technical specialists, business stakeholders, and end users
• A collaborative approach and a strong commitment to customer experience
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
