Current Opportunities

Brisbane-Based Supervisor

Join one of our major civil infrastructure projects in Southeast Queensland, leading site operations on a range of earthworks, road, utilities and infrastructure works.

FIFO Construction Supervisor

Work on a 3-month civil construction project located approximately 20 minutes from Rockhampton, QLD, operating on a Monday to Friday FIFO roster. Flights and accommodation are provided, allowing you to enjoy your weekends at home.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising day-to-day construction activities across civil infrastructure projects
• Leading site crews, subcontractors and plant operations
• Coordinating labour, materials and equipment to meet program milestones
• Monitoring productivity and resolving site issues
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements
• Driving a strong safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintaining site documentation, daily diaries and progress reporting
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and clients to deliver successful project outcomes

About You

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, motivating teams and delivering high-quality civil construction projects.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor
• Experience delivering infrastructure, road, earthworks, utilities or subdivision projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Essential

• Construction White Card
• Demonstrated civil construction experience

Desirable

• Trade qualification
• Plant tickets or VOCs
• First Aid / CPR
