Allocation / Scheduling Coordinator – Fire & HVAC
Location: Western Sydney | Full-Time (38 hours)
Essential requirement: Applicants must have previous Fire Industry knowledge or demonstrated experience using Uptick. Applications that do not meet at least one of these requirements will not be considered.
We are a busy, well established Fire & HVAC services company based in Western Sydney seeking an experienced Allocation / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast paced, high responsibility role suited to someone who works well under pressure, adapts quickly and understands how to keep technicians productive while maintaining strong customer service.
The Role
Allocate and schedule Fire & HVAC service technicians
Match technicians to jobs based on their skills, licences and compliance requirements
Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, access requirements and site contacts
Coordinate internally to ensure materials and job requirements are ready
Monitor daily job progress and completion through Uptick
Prioritise urgent, reactive and compliance-related work
Identify scheduling issues and escalate them to management promptly
Maintain accurate job and scheduling information within the system
About You
Fire industry knowledge or demonstrated Uptick experience is essential
Previous scheduling, allocation or service-coordination experience
Highly organised, with strong communication and problem solving skills
Confident managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working within a reactive, compliance driven industry
Able to communicate effectively with technicians, clients and management
