Structures delivered include but not limited to: pedestrian bridges,boardwalks, shade structures, large scale bespoke play towers, viewing platforms, entry statements and othe r open space structures.Role Description The Revit Modeller role at ELITE CROSSINGS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cheltenham, VIC. working under direction from our senior Revit technician and Project Management team. In this role, the Revit Modeller will create and maintain accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for architectural, structural and, elements, ensuring alignment with project specifications, standards, and engineering requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating BIM models, coordinating model information with engineers and other project stakeholders, preparing documentation for construction, and assisting in clash detection and model quality checks. The role also involves organizing model data, maintaining version control, and supporting continuous improvement of drafting and modelling processes. Collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to project deadlines are central to this position.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including creating and managing 3D models and construction documentation.Experience working with architectural, structural and civil design drawings and an understanding of structural building design principles.Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications and translate them into accurate, detailed models.Ability to develop resolved working models from architectural concept drawings.Solid knowledge of drafting standards, model coordination practices, and basic clash detection processes.Relevant technical qualification or diploma in drafting, building design, engineering, or a related field.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience with other CAD or modelling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks) and prior work on commercial building projects is beneficial.
