About the Role
As Administration Manager, you'll lead the administration team that keeps every Summit Modular project moving from quotation through to construction readiness. It's a pivotal role sitting at the centre of the business, working alongside Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Construction, Finance and Manufacturing to make sure each home is documented accurately, approved on time and ready to build without delay.
Day to day, you'll manage the workflow of the administration department and mentor a team responsible for building contracts, local government planning and building approvals, the ordering of site, engineering, BAL and energy reports, and the pre-start process that captures every client selection before construction begins. You'll also be a key point of contact for clients throughout their build, coordinating the resolution of issues and keeping communication clear and records accurate.
Beyond the day-to-day, you'll have genuine scope to shape how the department runs, reviewing and improving procedures, driving consistency and efficiency, and contributing to broader business improvement initiatives. If you enjoy bringing order to a busy, deadline-driven environment and take pride in a team that delivers, this role offers real ownership and the chance to make a visible difference.
About YouYou're an experienced administration leader who thrives on keeping multiple projects on track and a team performing at its best. You bring:
Above all, you're someone who leads by example, supports a positive team culture and takes real satisfaction in seeing projects delivered smoothly
