Senior Project Quality Coordinator

We’re looking for a Senior Project Quality Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day quality delivery, working closely with project teams and Trade Partners across planning, construction and handover on major projects.

Snapshot of your new day-to-day

• Take ownership of day-to-day quality delivery across the project.
• Lead quality planning, readiness reviews and surveillance of high-risk construction activities.
• Review ITPs, construction documentation and First of Kind requirements before works commence.
• Provide quality guidance to Site Managers, Engineers and Trade Partners, driving timely resolution of NCRs and quality issues.
• Lead quality walks, inspections and targeted reviews across the project.
• Monitor quality performance, identify recurring trends and escalate key risks early.
• Coach Trade Partners and project teams to improve quality capability and accountability.
• Ensure quality records, reporting and project systems are accurate and up to date.

Foundation for your success in the role

• 5–7+ years’ experience in construction quality, site engineering or project delivery.
• Strong experience managing quality across complex construction packages or major projects.
• Sound understanding of ITPs, surveillance, First of Kind processes, NCRs and quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong technical judgement with the ability to identify and resolve quality risks early.
• Confident communicator who can influence and challenge project teams and Trade Partners constructively.
• Experience coaching or mentoring Engineers, Coordinators or project team members.
• Strong digital capability, including Visibuild or similar quality management systems.
• Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
