Midweight Creative Designer

Work across a diverse portfolio of fashion, skincare and lifestyle brands, bringing ideas to life through strategically led, visually compelling creative.

You will take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, creating social-first content for your allocated clients across multiple channels. You will also collaborate on high-profile client shoots and work closely with the wider team to understand the strategy behind each social media account.

This role is ideal for a creative who can combine strong design thinking with an understanding of what captures attention and performs on social.

• Design social content across multiple formats, from static graphics and carousels to Reels and other video assets
• Take ownership of creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery
• Film and edit social-first content in-house
• Work alongside Account Managers to develop compelling, scroll-stopping and platform-native creative concepts
• Translate social strategies into cohesive and engaging visual content
• Collaborate on client photoshoots and video shoots
• Create clear, visually compelling presentations and pitch documents
• Design engaging EDM and email marketing assets
• Maintain brand consistency across social, digital and print touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

• 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand environment, with a strong focus on social media content Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong video editing and motion design skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Experience designing across digital and print
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
• Strong knowledge of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently across multiple channels
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-asset creative projects
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and take ownership of projects
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with Account Managers and the wider creative team
• Experience filming social content on an iPhone
• Familiarity with photoshoot and video shoot production
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
