Team members work on diverse projects and technologies, offering opportunities for continual learning and career growth.Role Description This full-time Mobile Test Automation Lead role is based in Melbourne, VIC in a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Mobile Test Automation Lead will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for mobile applications, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing. This role involves defining test strategies, creating and reviewing test cases, coordinating test execution, and monitoring defect resolution in collaboration with development and product teams. The Lead will oversee quality assurance processes, troubleshoot issues in automation pipelines and environments, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to other testers. The position also requires reporting on test results, improving automation processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of mobile delivery practices.We are looking for a Mobile Test Automation Lead who can take complete ownership of our testing ecosystem and run the show from day one.
What you will do:
1)Own the Strategy: Design, implement, and scale our end-to-end mobile testing strategy for a massive program.

5)Proven experience leading mobile test automation (iOS and Android) for large-scale enterprise applications.
6)Mastery of modern mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
7)Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud testing platforms, and complex backend integrations.
