The Opportunity

This is more than a Boutique Manager role, it's an opportunity to combine your passion for premium fashion with an incredible lifestyle.

You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established boutique renowned for its carefully curated collection of premium Australian fashion, resort wear, footwear, accessories and lifestyle products.

As Boutique Manager, you'll inspire your team, deliver personalised styling experiences, maintain exceptional visual standards and drive commercial success in a dynamic seasonal retail environment.

Every day brings new customers from around the world, making this a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys building connections and delivering memorable service.

About You

You'll be an experienced Boutique or Store Manager who thrives in premium fashion retail and leads by example.

You'll Bring

Previous Store or Boutique Management experience within premium fashion, lifestyle or specialty retailA genuine passion for fashion, styling and exceptional customer serviceStrong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targetsConfidence managing a busy seasonal retail environmentExcellent operational, stock management and visual merchandising skillsA positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop your teamFull Australian working rights, as this is a permanent position
