About the role
The Role
Fisher & Paykel is one of Australasia’s best-known brands, a global company with a strong heritage. Our New Zealand origins, curious nature and passion to develop products designed around people are core elements that make us unique.
Driven by our brand values of being real, sustainably minded, generous and curious, as a team we take a collaborative approach, have a culture where ideas are heard, and are united in our leading goal to be the world's most human-centred, #1 premium appliance brand.
We’re looking for a motivated marketing professional to take on the role of Partner Marketer, supporting partner marketing activity across Australia.
The Partner Marketer supports the Partner Marketing Manager in delivering effective Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across retail, builder and kitchen specialist channels.
The role focuses on day-to-day planning support, execution and coordination of co-marketing campaigns, internal communications, and BAU retail partner support, covering point of sale (POS) material, promotional activity and in-store activations.
This is achieved through two distinct but complementary workstreams:
Co-Marketing, which targets the end consumer through our trade partners’ channels to build brand awareness and drive product conversion; and Trade Partner Enablement, which targets the trade partners themselves to build advocacy, belief and share of their business for our brand and products, contributing to the overall achievement of market share, revenue and profit objectives and overall brand health.
Key Role Responsibilities include
Supporting Co-Marketing planning, campaign coordination and performance reporting, along with delivery and operational execution.
In addition, the role supports Trade Partner Enablement through the development and delivery of sales support materials, partner communications and launch activity.
Supporting Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across Australia, working with retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion.
Operating primarily at an executional level, collaborating closely with local and global sales, marketing and brand teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
So that's the role, who are you?
You will have demonstrated experience (1-3 years) in a marketing coordination, marketing executive or similar role, ideally within a trade, retail or channel marketing environment.
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience supporting promotional campaigns, POS delivery, in-store activations or working with retail and trade partners will be highly regarded.
What we offer
We can give you the rare opportunity to move into a large, complex global organisation headquartered in NZ, where you will gain wide exposure across the business. This role has diverse and exciting challenges and the chance to continually learn and develop.
Along with a competitive salary, flexible working, ongoing development and excellent growth and progression opportunities, as a valued member of our team, you’ll enjoy generous discounts on Fisher & Paykel and Haier products.
Ready to take the next step in your marketing career? Join us and help bring our partner marketing plans to life through exceptional coordination, collaboration and execution.
Don’t forget to include your CV and a cover letter, it helps us really get to know the person behind the application!
