Customer Service Officer

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite at our office in Wangara.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll work directly with our customers to offer appropriate solutions to their enquiries and communicate our products in a professional and enthusiastic manner. You will also be a driving force behind our Sales Teams through setting appointments, scheduling resources and creating new leads.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries

• Converting the enquiries to an appointment for our Sales Consultants

• Scheduling Sales Consultant resources and allocating work

• Proactively resolve customer issues and provide valuable feedback to management.

• Meticulously record, report, and maintain lead data according to company policy.

• Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all generated leads.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated success in lead generation, outbound / inbound sales, and achieving sales targets.

• Accurate data entry, database management, and meticulous record-keeping.

• A big, bright personality – someone who is not afraid to spark up a conversation

• Proficient in generating referrals, leads, and efficiently resolving customer issues.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Available for full-time hours across a five-and-a-half-day rotating roster
