Our head office and flagship manufacturing facility is currently recruiting a Machine Operator and invites applications from focussed, detailed, and driven individuals to apply.

This is a full-time role and involves the following responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring machinery, including cold headers and thread rollers.

• Setting up and adjusting machines for different screw dimensions and specifications.

• Inspecting products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Performing tool changes and minor maintenance on machinery.

• Keeping accurate production records and reporting machine performance.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.

A strong and punctual work ethic, attention to detail, communicative and friendly demeanour is required. Previous experience in operating cold headers, thread rollers, or other manufacturing machinery, and a forklift licence, will be highly regarded but are not essential.

Applicants should be aware that this is an industrial manufacturing environment. Exposure to loud noise, vibration, oils/greases, and ambient air temperature are the conditions.
