The Role
This is a permanent Full-Time role based in our Adelaide CBD Office.
At Danny Met Sally, we’re on a mission to deliver the highest standard of client care and support within the NDIS space. We’re looking for a Client Services Officer to join our team and work closely with our amazing Client Services, and broader team. This is a hands-on, case management role where every day is an opportunity to create positive impact.
As our new Client Services Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through exceptional service delivery across:
NDIS Support Areas: Including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite, and Community Participation.
Relationship Building: Engage with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to build trust and ensure satisfaction. Regularly check in with clients both over the phone and in person.
Participant Support: From onboarding to ongoing case management, you’ll be a steady, supportive presence for the participants in your caseload.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Support all aspects of onboarding and service delivery- including with care plans, assessments, and documentation, ensuring everything meets NDIS standards. Monitoring of participant progress notes and manage any areas of concern.
Ensure clear communication with all departments including rostering coordinators, finance, recruitment, housing and operations to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered aligned to the DMS values
Liaise with Client Services to continually improve and develop processes and documentation aligned within the role

Essential Requirements
Experience in the NDIS sector, ideally within case management, with an understanding of NDIS funding, planning, and service delivery models
Self-starter who likes to leave things better than the way you find them
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid Driver’s Licence
