About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Store Manager will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting customers in a enthusiastic and professional manner

• Replenishing large volumes of stock

• Receiving and transferring deliveries

• Efficient and accurate cash handling 

• Maintaining a presentable store image & upholding school ethos.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need the following: 

• Experience in a retail environment favorable

• Computer literacy & point-of-sale skills (Apparel 21) looked upon favourably.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Availability during all peak retail periods (incl. Jan/Apr/Sept/Oct)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Exceptional time management skills

You must also be able to work during school terms and some school holidays:

Regular Hours: Monday: 8.00am – 11.00am, Wednesday:  1.00pm - 4.00pm, Friday: 8.00pm – 11.30am,

Plus, First day of Each School Term: 8.00am - 11.00am

Extended operating hours (i.e. 10.00am - 4.00pm) during peak periods in January/September/October essential.

Training and Requirements

• Comprehensive training will be provided prior to commencement, either in-store or at another Dobsons location.

• A current Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this position.
