Experienced Housekeeper (Private Home) – Permanent Weekly Role

Coburg North (moving to Fitzroy in September)
Fridays | 9am–2pm | Long-Term Position

We are looking for a warm, reliable and highly organised housekeeper to join our family home for one permanent day per week (Fridays, 9am–2pm).

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys creating calm, organised and beautifully maintained spaces, and takes pride in their work and attention to detail.

Our family is currently based in Coburg North and will be relocating to Fitzroy in September.

Duties will include:

• Washing, drying, ironing and caring for clothing

• Changing bed linen and making beds

• Putting away clothes neatly and maintaining organised wardrobes

• Organising cupboards, drawers, storage areas and household items

• General household cleaning and tidying

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common living spaces

• Vacuuming, dusting and general upkeep of the home

• Window cleaning, spot cleaning walls and other household cleaning tasks as required

• Maintaining the overall presentation and organisation of the home

We are seeking someone who:

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a private home

• Is naturally organised, tidy and proactive in creating systems

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation

• Is reliable, trustworthy and has a strong work ethic

• Has a warm, positive and friendly nature

• Must possess a current Australian Police Check prior to commencement

• Must hold a current ABN for invoicing requirements

• Can provide references
