With modern self-contained villas, resort-style facilities, and a strong focus on exceptional guest experiences, we're looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendants (both FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME) who take pride in delivering outstanding cleanliness and service.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our villas and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. You'll work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and fellow team members to deliver exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working efficiently, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and clean guest villas and public areas to resort standards.

• Make beds, replenish amenities, and maintain immaculate presentation.

• Follow daily work schedules and allocated cleaning tasks.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and attention to detail.

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.

• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents promptly.

• Follow safe manual handling practices and workplace health and safety procedures.

• Assist with seasonal deep-cleaning and special housekeeping projects.

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.

• Work collaboratively to achieve daily operational goals.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.

• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.

• Has excellent attention to detail.

• Is reliable, physically fit, and enjoys an active role.

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role.

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable

• Manual Handling training.

• Food Handler Certificate.

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
