Food production workers

About the role

Supafresh is a long established, Western Australian owned salad processing company supplying supermarkets, food service and export markets with ready to eat leafy salads. We are based in Oldbury, approximately 30 minutes south of Perth and not far from the Kwinana townsite.

We are seeking Process Workers to join our busy, fast paced production team. This role suits hands on individuals who are comfortable working in a cold environment.

We have positions available across 2 designated shifts (day and night) spanning 5am till 12pm Monday to Friday with the odd weekend day during busy trade periods.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with food processing and production tasks

• Manual handling and lifting of products up to 10kg

• Maintaining strict hygiene, quality and workplace safety standards

• Working effectively as part of a team

About you

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred but not essential

• Able to work in cold environments for extended periods

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, punctual and safety focused

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

Essential requirements

• Ability to pass relevant pre-employment checks if required
