This is a phone-based solar & battery sales role out of our brand-new Coomera office (our 5th nationally). No door-knocking. No cold calling. Customers have applied for an exclusive appointment with us — you pick up the phone and do what you do best.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Closing warm inbound solar & battery enquiries over the phone

• Following up already-booked appointments to close

• Educating customers on the benefits of solar & storage, building rapport fast, and signing them up efficiently

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

• Have a proven track record closing over the phone (solar experience helpful, not essential — we'll teach you the tech)

• Can build rapport fast and control a call

• Are self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to level up

• Are comfortable with numbers, CRM/computers, and juggling a pipeline
