About the role
Senior Product Designer
Full-Time Temporary up to 12 months
Salary Range $129,464 - $142,665pa + super
Location flexible across Revenue NSW offices with hybrid working
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered digital products that meet customer needs and deliver real public value. Working as part of a collaborative project delivery team, you will lead the design process across discovery, framing, and delivery phases - from research and ideation through to wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs.
In this role, you will also provide guidance and direction to project and development teams, ensuring consistent, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences. You will champion best practices in UX/UI design, human-centered design, and accessibility, while collaborating with stakeholders across government to drive innovation and improve services.
In this role you will also take on additional responsibilities of a UI / UX Business Analyst and assist with requirement gathering as needed by the project/s.

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 base plus superannuation
