Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements, minimizing waste while ensuring there are adequate supplies. Adjust and monitor the temperatures of cooking appliances to guarantee optimal cooking conditions. Portion food accurately and enhance its presentation with appropriate garnishes, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant's high presentation standards.

Store food items properly in temperature controlled facilities to maintain freshness and minimize spoilage. Inform the Chef about larger quantities of stored food Train and mentor other kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and skills to improve the team's overall performance. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the chefs.
