We are looking for a professional, mature team member who likes being part of a close team (no front vs back of house mentality).

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Venue Manager and Group Executive Chef in implementing the Group Menu.

Have the flair for regular specials showcasing local ingredients.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage kitchen operations, including, inventory, ordering and stock takes.

- ‎ Work closely with the management team to foster an enjoyable workplace for all team members.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a drive for excellence.
