About the role
Play a leading role in shaping the future of Australia’s energy markets. As a Principal Energy Reform Analyst in AEMO’s Markets Reform & Strategy team , you’ll lead complex market reform initiatives across the National Electricity Market (NEM), providing strategic advice that influences industry outcomes and supports Australia’s energy transition.
Working with industry, government, consumer groups and internal stakeholders, you’ll develop reform solutions, assess market and consumer impacts, and represent AEMO in key external forums. You’ll lead major projects, influence stakeholders, manage complex risks and dependencies, and mentor colleagues to build capability across market reform and strategic analysis.
This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and have a direct impact on the future design of Australia’s energy system.
