About the role
Major Media is one of Australia’s most respected national signage companies providing turnkey signage solutions across commercial and retail sectors, within Australia and internationally. Recognised at the forefront of signage design and technology, we are seeking an experienced customer partnership expert with a strong signage background to act as the interface with our industry-leading project delivery team.
About you
You have experience in a similar customer facing role and possess strong relationship building skills, bringing your art of communication to delivering an exceptional client experience within project deadlines.
You have demonstrated experience within the signage, construction, or fit-out industries and can interpret architectural drawings and signage specifications.
You enjoy working in a team and have a positive can do attitude to complement our innovative and fast paced environment that embraces people and their growth and development.
You possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and have a high attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
Own, build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the client experience including owning timelines, documentation, and project communication of work in progress
Work collaboratively with internal Design and Project Management teams, providing oversight for project delivery and execution.
Own financial performance including managing project variations, identify and mitigate project risks and deliver commercial returns for the business.
