Are you a seasoned gardening professional with leadership skills? Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business serving strata, commercial and residential clients across Sydney. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to help elevate our service and lead our crew.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial and strata sites

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met

• Hands-on work including mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and general garden maintenance

• Managing job site organisation and tool/equipment coordination

• Providing training and mentorship to junior team members

• Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team

• A current driver's licence (essential)

• Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols

• Physically fit, reliable and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn, adapt and uphold our company's standards
